RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

We understand life happens!  If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate!

We ask for a full business day before your scheduled appointment for to avoid our $20 rescheduling fee.

If we do not reschedule your service within 30 days, it will be considered a cancellation.

Why a fee?

Quite simply it is our time that costs money.  And it does cost us money to make ourselves and our equipment available and ready to serve you!

CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS

We are happy to cancel your appointment.  We understand things change!  We do need 1 full business day notice for cancellations to avoid fees.  Please text immediately 24hrs a day to avoid fees!  Cancellation fees are based off how many time slots you have reserved for your service. We want to be as fair as possible, but we cannot replace work for the day without time! Each time slot comes with a $50 fee.

If you have someone willing to take your place, we are happy to switch to avoid fees!
